Prose Poetry

An art form that's only been around since the 19th Century is Prose-Poetry that has struggled ever since to gain legitimacy and self-definition. It's a blend of free verse poetry and prose and runs margin to margin on the page and lacks typical poetic devices such as metaphor, simile, rhyme, or meter. Instead of stanzas it has paragraphs.
