In addition to using the online forum and emailing me questions, I am willing to offer a support group for writers which I think would serve two functions: first, to provide a small community (10 or less) of writers the opportunity to share ideas on their writing projects and to use each other as consultants and critique partners if that is something you wish to do. I would be willing to facilitate such a group for a nominal fee; second, the support group becomes a community of writers over a period of time in which we can offer, when asked, additional resources to help one another through the lonely part of writing and experiencing the rejection from agents and publishers.
We can also bring in speakers on the conference call to give workshops in how to write in different genres: romance, mystery, thriller, horror, mainstream, historical fiction, etc. I already moderate a forum of first time writers at www.groups.yahoo.com/group/writers_connection/, which offers support for first-time writers and authors. After only three years, we have over 190 members and are still growing.
